Great experience today! Jayden was easy to work with and explained everything well. Our 3-year-old flushed a figurine down that was stuck on the flange so it required the toilet to be pulled. He noticed rusting bolts and replaced, along with a broken water pump (that we didn’t know about). While it sounds like a nickel and diming situation, that’s not how it felt nor should be perceived. He showed us each thing, explained the pros/cons, costs, and was willing to answer any question. As each thing was uncovered, before doing anything, he talked it through first. The issues weren’t his fault and now that everything is fixed, we’re glad to have a “fresh start!”
